Overcharging for Agent Badge Fees

The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) has identified that licensees and ancillary businesses have been inadvertently overcharged for agent badging fees. We have directed our vendor to reduce new and renewing agent application fees to $25, in alignment with MCA’s forthcoming regulations.  

Once this fix has been implemented, we will send a follow-up to this communication to inform you. Additionally, MCA will directly contact all impacted licensees about reimbursement.  We apologize for this error and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.
