NOTICE: OneStop Badging Fees Corrected

The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) communicated last week that it had identified that licensees and ancillary businesses had been inadvertently overcharged for agent badging fees. Agent badging fees are now corrected in OneStop. An initial and renewal agent application fee costs $25, and a replacement badge application costs $50, in alignment with MCA’s forthcoming regulations - PDF - 229.58 KB. 

As mentioned previously, MCA will be communicating directly with impacted licensees about reimbursement.
