Mandatory Agent Badge Application Enhancement

The Maryland Cannabis Administration is issuing this notice to provide all licensed businesses with information on document requirements within the New Agent Badge Application.   

Pursuant to federal law, effective Monday, September 23, 2024, all applications for new agent badges must include the Agent Privacy Rights Disclosure and Acknowledgement forms1. The Privacy Rights Disclosure and Acknowledgement forms can be downloaded from the Documents section on the OneStop portal.  The prospective agent must sign the documents and then they must be uploaded as part of the New Agent Badge Application. 

This document will be a MANDATORY part of the New Agent Badge Application and applications received without this requirement will be returned as incomplete, causing delays in processing.
